* * All our summer walks are now fully booked.  We can accommodate a maximum of 20 people on each walk and if places become available we will offer them to people on our waiting list. To join the waiting list for a particular walk, please  email Elizabeth Velluet at rich.hist@yahoo.co.uk

This walk is led by the Society’s President, Paul Velluet, with local historian Stephen Orr. It retraces Overton and Hoole’s well-known Prospect of Richmond bird’s-eye-view print of Richmond, and celebrates the survival of so much of the heritage of Richmond town over the last three centuries.

The walk starts at 7pm on Richmond Green, opposite the Richmond Theatre, and will conclude by 9pm, adjourning to a local pub.

Our walks are free to Richmond Local History Society members, who will be given priority over non-members when booking. We charge £5 to non-members (and members’ guests).
