On Sunday 4 November, between 1.30pm and 3.30pm, there wil be another chance to celebrate local history in our borough with afternoon tea at Pembroke Lodge’s Belvedere Suite in Richmond Park, courtesy of Daniel Hearsum.

Join the Hearsum Collection, the Museum of Richmond, the Barnes & Mortlake History Society, the Richmond Archeaological Society and the Borough of Twickenham Local History Society for this afternoon event. We will enjoy short talks about the history of the park and related topics, and view items from the Hearsum Collection and the Museum of Richmond, as well as publications from the participating societies.

This event is open to our members and their guests, as well as to members of the other organisations. There is a charge of £5 per person, and all proceeds will go to the Hearsum Collection, which is fundraising for a heritage pavilion to house and display its more than 8000 items.
